Getting Started

What Effitrio is, how it differs from a basic invoicing tool, account setup, and your first week in the product

What is Effitrio?

Effitrio is a focused mini ERP for freelancers and small teams: invoices, expenses, clients, projects, and AI-assisted workflows in one workspace. You manage money in Finance, relationships and work structure in Organization, and day-to-day priorities on the Dashboard.

How Effitrio is different

  • AI with approval — The assistant can prepare multi-step goals (for example reminders or validations). Sensitive paths pause for your approval before anything irreversible or customer-facing runs. See AI Workflows.
  • Human-in-the-loop by design — Outbound actions and structured runs surface in the AI Action Center so you always know what is queued versus what already ran.
  • Workspace isolation — Your data is scoped to your workspace with tier-based limits and features.

Creating your account

  1. Open Sign up from the auth screen and register with your email.
  2. Complete verification steps if prompted.
  3. Sign in and land in your workspace — you can refine company details next.

First steps checklist

The dashboard onboarding checklist focuses on getting to a sent invoice (you can dismiss it anytime):

  1. Account — You’re signed in; workspace exists.
  2. First client — Add a client from Organization → Clients (the checklist links straight there).
  3. First invoice — Create a draft from Finance → Invoices.
  4. Send an invoice — Send it to your client via email from the invoice flow.

When you are ready to track costs, add expenses under Finance → Expenses — see Expenses.
